Campaigns and Networking – Education, Governance Accountability, Girls' Safety and Education, LNOB, SDGs
The SDG Action Week in September 2024 was a powerful demonstration of grassroots activism and community participation in responding to global challenges. The campaign facilitated 33 Equity and Inclusion (E-In) Champions to raise awareness about the SDGs and organize collective actions in their communities.
The E & In champions led various community activities to promote inclusive education, climate change awareness, water conservation, gender equality, global warming, diversity, and combating discrimination. Their actions included hand-printing posters, tree planting, the "Click for Climate" initiative, rallies, public performances, street plays, puppet shows, and poster campaigns in public spaces.
The campaign emphasized the need for sustained action toward accelerating the SDGs by 2030, highlighting that everyone has a role to play. Through creative and locally relevant activities, the campaign successfully generated momentum for a more equitable and sustainable future.
